We will be offering monthly memberships. Everything done here at IDA will be small groups and each group is topped out at 12 athletes per session. The monthly prices are listed below. Monthly payments are due before the first scheduled session of the month, and sessions you purchase must be used within that month. The following month sessions are scheduled on the second to last Monday of the month. Scheduling begins at 8 AM and is done through text message. First come first serve when it comes to scheduling. Alternate schedules may be available to accommodate conflicting work schedules. If you have any questions feel free to contact me, I would love to answer any questions you have.
